  • Prepare, analyze, and present regular financial and operational reports for Fidelity TalentSource LLC. Key examples include:
  • Performance Measurement & Analysis: Regular updates for senior leadership, Executive Scorecards, Monthly Financial Highlights, Quarterly Business Reviews, Daily Contributions, and Monthly Flash Reports.
  • Financial Reporting: Detailed expense reporting and analysis for the Executive Team.
  • Engage in statistical and financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning initiatives.
  • Assist in establishing annual fundraising objectives.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the Fidelity TalentSource Data Warehouse.
  • Collaborate on projects and participate in meetings across the organization and finance department.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
