ActionLink is on the lookout for a motivated and seasoned Full-Time Temporary Mobile Merchandising Team Supervisor to join our ranks. In this position, you will manage and coordinate merchandising activities across various retail environments. You will lead a team of merchandising professionals, ensuring that all initiatives are executed efficiently and meet the highest standards.

We are a leading provider of retail merchandising solutions, focusing on the electronics industry. We collaborate with top-tier electronics retailers to optimize store layouts and product presentations, improving the shopping experience and boosting sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Direct and support a team of merchandising professionals, offering guidance and training to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Project Management: Organize and oversee merchandising projects, including scheduling, resource management, and logistics.
  • Quality Control: Guarantee that all merchandising initiatives are completed in accordance with safety protocols and client requirements.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel frequently to designated retail locations to supervise the comprehensive execution of assigned merchandising projects.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain open and efficient communication with clients, store managers, and team members.
  • Issue Resolution: Tackle and resolve any challenges that arise during merchandising projects, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations.
  • Reporting Duties: Provide regular updates and reports on project status, team performance, and any encountered challenges.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in new store setups, remodels, and/or retail merchandising, with some supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, possessing strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to a flexible full-time schedule (e.g., late nights, early mornings, weekends as necessary).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Access to hand tools, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, work gloves, cordless drill, and battery charger.
  • Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet.
  • Access to a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance.
