Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee a team of merchandising specialists, offering guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Project Management: Organize and coordinate merchandising projects, including scheduling, resource management, and logistics.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all merchandising resets comply with safety protocols and client requirements.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel frequently to designated retail locations to supervise the complete execution of assigned merchandising projects.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, store managers, and team members.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any challenges that arise during merchandising projects, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project status, team performance, and any encountered challenges.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in new store setups, remodels, and/or retail merchandising, with some supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and accommodate a flexible/open full-time schedule (e.g., late nights, early mornings, weekends as necessary).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Access to necessary hand tools and equipment.
  • Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet.
  • Access to a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance.
