In this pivotal role, you will manage and coordinate merchandising and reset initiatives across multiple retail sites. You will lead a team of merchandising professionals, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and meet the highest quality standards.
As a leading provider of retail merchandising solutions, we specialize in the electronics industry. We collaborate with top-tier electronics retailers to optimize store layouts and product presentations, thereby enhancing the shopping experience and boosting sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of merchandising specialists, offering guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Project Management: Organize and coordinate merchandising projects, including scheduling, resource management, and logistics.
- Quality Control: Ensure all merchandising resets comply with safety protocols and client requirements.
- Travel Requirements: Travel frequently to designated retail locations to supervise the complete execution of assigned merchandising projects.
- Effective Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, store managers, and team members.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any challenges that arise during merchandising projects, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project status, team performance, and any encountered challenges.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in new store setups, remodels, and/or retail merchandising, with some supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and accommodate a flexible/open full-time schedule (e.g., late nights, early mornings, weekends as necessary).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and perform physical tasks as required.
- Access to necessary hand tools and equipment.
- Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance.
