As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a 24-hour busy bail business, overseeing new and existing clients, and managing a team.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and Achieve Daily Sales Goals: Meet and exceed daily sales targets, including AR collections, to drive business growth and revenue.
- Customer Service and Support: Handle heavy phone volumes, provide exceptional customer service, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Administer bond paperwork, process bail bonds, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Travel and Transportation: Travel to jails and courthouses to process bail bonds, and use company-provided transportation to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the business.
- 2-5 Years of Sales and/or Customer Service and Management Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, and management, with a strong understanding of business operations and management principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Software: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new proprietary bail software and QBooks.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record: Possess a valid driver's license with no restrictions, and a clean driving record to ensure safe transportation of clients and employees.
- Ability to Work a Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts, to support the 24-hour operation of the business.
