Business Relationship Manager

Tri Counties Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with business clients, providing them with financial solutions and promoting bank products and services.
  • Acquire new business through targeted marketing efforts, proactive outreach, and by expanding and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Represent the Bank in the community, generating additional business and identifying potential CRA opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with centers of influence, internal and external networks, and referral sources to ensure ongoing growth.
  • Understand and interpret financial and cash flow statements to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, instilling confidence in customers by listening attentively and asking insightful questions to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Adhere to business banking lending processes, policies, procedures, legal, regulatory, audit, and ethical requirements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of sales, prospecting new business, and enhancing existing relationships.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in a related field, preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, crucial for building and maintaining relationships with business clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to complete a high volume of work with accuracy.
