Job Summary

The Overnight Lead (Member Services Representative) will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests. This role requires a strong passion for fitness and health, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Members: Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Front Desk Operations: Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-up, and taking prospective members on tours.
  • Account Management: Facilitate needed updates to member's accounts and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Shift Closing: Close shift for that business day and create a bank deposit for next day.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Background: Customer service background preferred, with a passion for fitness and health.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Basic computer proficiency required.
  • Physical Demands: Continual standing and walking during shift, continual talking in person or on the phone during shift, ability to work 3rd shift (overnights), and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
