Job Summary

Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities. Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of Comcast products and services. Promote bundled products to ensure optimal solutions for customers. Sell with the goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets. Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance Comcast positioning and brand.
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive Comcast Experience.
  • Acquire new customers for Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services.
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Focus on advanced communications solutions, including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
  • Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance customers' ability to communicate effectively.
  • Effectively manage a territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan.
  • Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve monthly quota performance and above.
  • Stay knowledgeable about Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
  • Adhere to company standards and business professionalism.
