Position Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the efficient management of warehouse activities, ensuring the smooth receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the assembly of items to fulfill customer orders accurately.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to team members, addressing any inquiries or challenges they may encounter.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to resolve issues and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Review shipping documentation to determine items to be moved or distributed.
  • Facilitate the transportation of materials from receiving or production areas to designated storage locations.
  • Organize and categorize materials on racks or shelves based on established criteria.
  • Process requisitions and distribute materials to production teams as needed.
  • Assemble customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
  • Label materials with appropriate identification.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and document the transfer of materials.
  • Operate forklifts or other vehicles to transport items within the warehouse.
  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems, such as SAP, is advantageous.
