Position Overview:

The Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our dining services at Lesco Logistic. This position requires a candidate who is either vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated as a condition of employment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation, cooking, and serving.
- Ensure the quality and quantity of food production meets the standards of the establishment.
- Assist in managing the workflow and timing of food service operations.
- Perform various cooking tasks, including preparing large quantities of diverse food items such as meats, vegetables, and sauces.
- Execute moderately complex cooking tasks for quick service items like steaks, salads, and sandwiches.
- Be available to work all shifts, including weekends and evenings.


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment (preferred).


Job Types:

- Contract, Full-time

Shift Details:

- 8-hour shifts, including day and night shifts.


Work Schedule:

- Monday to Friday availability is preferred.
