Key Responsibilities:

Your Role and Learning Opportunities:

  • Become an authority in real estate within your designated areas.
  • Provide expert guidance and negotiation skills for home buyers and sellers to secure properties at optimal prices and terms.
  • Engage in negotiation processes, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and ensuring fair transactions.
  • Conduct comparative market analyses to assess property values.
  • Showcase and market properties to potential buyers.
  • Utilize effective follow-up techniques to engage leads and clients.
  • Maintain and update Showcase Realty's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system regarding your listings.
  • Develop winning strategies for multiple offer situations.
  • Implement time management and goal-setting practices.
  • Collaborate with preferred appraisers, attorneys, lenders, contractors, and home inspectors.
  • Work with our marketing team to promote your sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services (at no cost to you).
  • Stay informed about real estate markets and best practices.
