PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Analytical Tasks: Conducting deal assessments, summarizing information, and performing comprehensive relationship evaluations.
2. Market Development: Engaging in prospecting activities and conducting market analysis, while establishing and maintaining a database of potential clients.
3. Sales Strategies: Taking charge of pre-call planning for designated clients and/or Relationship Managers, along with managing sales tools.
4. Client Engagement: Participating in client discussions and meetings alongside assigned Relationship Manager(s), aiding in the complete client planning process.
5. Guidance and Support: Providing support and mentorship to Commercial Real Estate Analysts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
The qualifications listed below are indicative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities necessary for this role. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to fulfill the essential functions.
1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business, or a comparable combination of education and work experience.
2. Relevant experience in Commercial Real Estate.
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
4. Proficiency in fundamental computer applications, including Microsoft Office software.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
6. Understanding of credit principles.
7. Capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
8. Proven success in a collaborative team setting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. A Master's degree in Real Estate or relevant experience in Commercial Real Estate through internships or other experiences; or an equivalent combination of education and experience or other related advanced degree.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Commercial Real Estate Associate Development Program and/or equivalent experience in a CRE Credit Delivery role.
BENEFITS OVERVIEW
All regular employees (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, although eligibility for specific benefits may vary based on the division of Truist offering the position. Truist provides medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, tax-advantaged savings accounts, and a 401k plan for employees. Employees also receive a minimum of 10 days of vacation (prorated based on hire date and full-time or part-time status) during their first year of employment, in addition to 10 sick days (also prorated), and paid holidays.
