We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for our Virginia Beach office. This role will manage front office operations and provide support across various departments. Key responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, assisting office staff, ordering supplies, and sorting and distributing mail. Proficiency in Excel and Word is required, along with general office tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • 2 years of administrative support experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Experience working with a construction company is a plus.
  • 1 year experience with AP/AR, invoice processing, and reconciliation preferred.
  • Basic excel skills required (creating and managing spreadsheets, filtering, and sorting).

Compensation and Benefits:

Tecta America offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, etc. The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000-$50,000 based on location and industry standards.
