Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Real Estate Department in Red Bank, NJ. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Real Estate Department, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with high-volume processing for newly built home closings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a real estate or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • College degree a plus.
