Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales growth and profitability in their assigned geographic region. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive business results and develop strategic relationships with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales growth and profitability in their assigned geographic region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business results and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, customer service, and supplier relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and profitability in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and tactics, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
