Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Genuine Parts Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive business growth and revenue expansion in their assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales Team: Direct and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand business in the region.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the region, including sales revenue, expenses, and profit margins.
  • Recruitment and Development: Recruit, train, and develop sales talent to ensure the team has the necessary skills and expertise to drive business growth.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, financial acumen, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
