Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Manage and maintain a high-quality pre-owned inventory, ensuring accurate pricing and presentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and preferences, and provide personalized sales experiences.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and industry partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in automotive sales management, preferably in a pre-owned sales role.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, and inventory management tools.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
