Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive sales management, preferably in a pre-owned sales role.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, and inventory management tools.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
