Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Investment Client Care Specialist to join our team at Truist Inc. As a key member of our Investment Client Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide service support via phone to self-directed brokerage clients and Financial Advisor assigned account holders
  • Gain a proficient understanding of product knowledge and continuously develop client service skills
  • Research account and transaction records to resolve basic discrepancies, answer questions, or provide documentation on client activities
  • Assist clients with completing investment forms, transferring funds, and completing distributions
  • Answer inquiries related to tax documents, trade confirmations, and monthly investment statements
  • Act as a priority contact number for assisting clients with questions regarding the Digital Investment platform
  • Refer investment opportunities to internal Client Advisory Center when aligned with clients' financial needs
  • Serve as an advocate of the client while balancing risk
  • Maintain knowledge of industry regulations related to products and continuing education requirements required by FINRA
Requirements
  • Intermediate proficiency in written and verbal communications
  • Previous call center experience or high-volume, fast-paced work environment
  • Experience using basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • Comfort and fluency with technology and digital applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant banking/business field
  • Investment Industry knowledge and/or experience
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 or 66

As a regular teammate working 20 hours or more per week, you will be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401k plan.
