About Our Division:

Our global retail division encompasses Fanatics Retail, In-Venue, and Special Events, extending across North America, Europe, and Asia, supporting a variety of sports leagues and events including the NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, MLS, NCAA, Ryder Cup, UEFA, and notable European Football Clubs. Our teams strive to deliver a seamless shopping experience, whether fans are at home, at a game, or attending major sporting events, through a combination of online, mobile, and physical retail environments. Each location is designed with a tech-savvy retail strategy, enabling us to respond swiftly to capture the excitement of sports and ensure product availability for fans in real-time.

Position Summary:

The Retail Associate plays a crucial role in driving the front-line sales effort, crafting an exceptional fan experience, and ensuring operational excellence and precise execution of store functions. Retail Associates are expected to achieve results through effective communication and a proven ability to collaborate as part of a successful team. This role requires a part-time commitment, which may include various shifts including evenings, weekends, and extended hours during events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome fans and engage in conversations to guarantee a superior shopping experience.
  • Provide recommendations based on interactions and observations with fans.
  • Uphold sales floor and stockroom standards with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Process transactions using the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS).
  • Exhibit the highest levels of professionalism and customer service to positively represent the Fanatics Brand and associated Teams/Leagues.
  • Comprehend Fanatics Values and their relevance to the Retail Associate position.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Leadership team.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old, with a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in retail or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic environment.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Possess a lively, outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to develop product knowledge.
  • Work effectively as part of a team in fast-paced settings, catering to a diverse fan base.
  • Maintain high standards of organization and cleanliness.

Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, and move throughout the facility as necessary.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
  • Event scheduling may involve exposure to various weather conditions if assigned to an outdoor location.
The salary range for this position is $18.25/hour to $19/hour, representing base pay only and excluding any short-term or long-term incentive compensation. Factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training are considered when determining base pay.
