Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for customers
- Drive sales by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and promotions
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and styles
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering a sense of community among customers and colleagues
- Participate in visual merchandising, ensuring a visually appealing store display
- Support store operations, including opening and closing tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
- 1+ year of customer service and/or retail experience, preferably in a fashion-related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
