We are seeking a skilled Luxury Sales Associate to join our team at Westfield Valley Fair or Stanford Shopping Center. As a key member of our boutique team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Host clients and stakeholders, providing personalized customer service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Acknowledge and sell watches, accessories, and services, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Identify and create sales opportunities, both within and outside the boutique environment, to activate networks and recruit prospects and clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong personal relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, utilizing CRM to support these relationships.
  • Handle customer service requests and processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on the history, products, and partnerships of each brand, as well as the watch and luxury industries.
  • Deliver outstanding client service and treatment, setting us apart from the competition.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, both in and out of the boutique, promoting our luxury brand and values.
  • Organize and execute operational tasks with attention to detail and care, maintaining the boutique according to visual merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team to support the overall organization and achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or hospitality.
  • High emotional intelligence and general education.
  • Strong understanding of client satisfaction and luxury experience, with a sense of etiquette and human behavior.
  • Result-oriented and driven, with strong selling skills.
  • Able to handle a diverse range of tasks in a timely manner, adapting approach individually to each client.
  • Open and outgoing personality, with perfect manners and the ability to maintain elegant conversations.
  • Creative, curious, and versatile, with strong team player skills and excellent interpersonal competences.
  • Excellent communicator, with the ability to develop strong networks and fluency in local language and English, and ideally one more relevant tourist language.
