Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases, while maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide warm greetings and assistance to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product styles, features, and benefits, and be able to articulate this information to customers.
  • Point of Sale: Execute and expedite point of sale transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean store environment, including floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and climb up and down a ladder.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
