Client Success Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with clients by thoroughly understanding their business challenges and goals.
- Revenue Growth: Formulate strategies to enhance sales revenue from current accounts and pinpoint opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- New Client Acquisition: Seek out and engage potential new clients, perform market analysis, and customize solutions to fulfill their specific needs.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage negotiations regarding contracts, pricing, and terms to finalize sales agreements while ensuring the company's profitability.
- Account Oversight: Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing continuous support to ensure satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to synchronize efforts and deliver outstanding client service.
- Sales Tracking and Forecasting: Keep precise records of sales activities, generate regular performance reports, and predict future sales trends.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to uncover opportunities for growth and enhancement of services.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or relevant field (preferred).
