We are in search of a Client Success Advocate to enhance our customer support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical assistance for inquiries related to the OptiSigns platform
- Address end-user challenges and escalate when required
- Propose enhancements to technical documentation
- Support clients in troubleshooting issues across various devices
- Follow up with clients to confirm resolution of issues
- Gather customer feedback to refine the application
- Refer complex issues to tier 2 support staff
Work Details:
- Location: Headquarters Office
- Remote work: Available 1 day a week, subject to management approval
