Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance for inquiries related to the OptiSigns platform
  • Address end-user challenges and escalate when required
  • Propose enhancements to technical documentation
  • Support clients in troubleshooting issues across various devices
  • Follow up with clients to confirm resolution of issues
  • Gather customer feedback to refine the application
  • Refer complex issues to tier 2 support staff

Work Details:

  • Location: Headquarters Office
  • Remote work: Available 1 day a week, subject to management approval
