KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Revenue Growth: Formulate strategies to enhance sales revenue from current accounts while identifying potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
  • New Client Acquisition: Seek out and engage potential new clients, conduct thorough market analysis, and customize solutions to align with their specific requirements.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate agreements, pricing, and terms to finalize sales while ensuring the company's profitability.
  • Account Oversight: Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing continuous support to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to synchronize efforts and deliver outstanding service to clients.
  • Sales Analysis and Forecasting: Keep precise records of sales activities, generate regular reports on sales performance, and predict future sales trends.
  • Market Research: Track industry trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to uncover opportunities for business expansion and product enhancement.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or related fields (preferred).
