KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with current clients by understanding their unique business challenges and goals.
- Revenue Growth: Create and implement strategies to enhance sales revenue from existing accounts while identifying potential for upselling or cross-selling.
- New Client Acquisition: Seek out and pursue new business opportunities, conduct thorough market analysis, and customize solutions to fit client needs.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms to finalize sales agreements while ensuring company profitability.
- Account Oversight: Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing continuous support to enhance client satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive efforts and outstanding client service.
- Sales Tracking and Forecasting: Keep precise records of sales activities, generate regular performance reports, and predict future sales trends.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry developments, competitor actions, and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities and enhance product offerings.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field (preferred).
- 401(k) Retirement Plan with company matching up to 5% of base salary and overtime contributions.
