Senior Director of Cyber Transformation

Cencora is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our Cyber Transformation Office. This is a critical role that requires a strong leader with expertise in information security strategy, risk management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Establish a clear vision and strategic direction for the Cyber Transformation Office
- Lead the development of a multi-year Cyber Transformation program roadmap and annual planning of initiatives
- Partner with security strategy and architecture to ensure all workstreams are aligned to the approved cybersecurity vision and strategy
- Lead the implementation and operation of the Cyber Transformation program governance model and establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Effectively communicate program status, risks, and mitigating actions to leadership
- Manage overall program budget working with finance
- Collaborate with workstream and initiative leaders to ensure the delivery of initiatives according to defined scope, schedule, and cost
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience
- 12+ years of directly-related or relevant experience with 8+ years in a managerial capacity, preferably in information security
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certification in Information Security Strategy Management (CISM)
