About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hospitality-focused Executive Director to oversee the daily operations at one of our senior living communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of the community while meeting all financial and budgetary objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the community, including management of staff and resources.
  • Direct the management team to ensure the success of the community and meet all financial and budgetary objectives.
  • Participate and be accountable for oversight of all marketing and sales activities and results.
  • Operate the community in accordance with the company's policies and procedures and ensure the safety and security of residents and staff.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of management experience in a senior living community.
  • Active NHA license in the state of DE preferred, or willing to obtain.
  • The technical knowledge required is best obtained through a BS or MS degree in business, health care, hotel/restaurant management, or closely related area.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of publics, including residents, owners, community groups, government agencies, etc.
  • A broad understanding of federal and state laws related to the operation of the community.
  • Ability to effectively supervise staff members and to work cooperatively as part of a team.
