Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Saint-Gobain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the South Florida market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory strategy to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution yard managers, contractors, and architects/specifiers to drive demand and close sales.
- Implement effective sales and promotional activities to position Saint-Gobain as the preferred choice among customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- OSHA 10 certification required within 4 months of employment.
