Job Title: Territory Manager

At Jacobs Management Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets by effectively promoting and selling Diagnostic Surgical Devices to the Gastroenterology Community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets and surpass revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the Region Vice President (RVP) to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, clinicians, researchers, and decision-makers in assigned accounts.
  • Provide ongoing product training and in-servicing for assigned products to physicians, nurses, and technicians.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and local market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the team and marketing department.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of three years of external business-to-business and/or consumer sales experience, preferably in healthcare sales.
  • Ability to travel within the territory daily and occasional travel outside the territory within the region.
