Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Sonesta International Hotels. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our hotel staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, select, and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies, fostering a culture of respect, inclusivity, and open communication.
- Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business growth and success.
- Collaborate with department heads to anticipate and plan for staffing needs, ensuring adequate resources and budget allocation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and implement recommendations to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Administer the company's 401(k) plan, ensuring timely and accurate enrollment, changes, and reporting.
- Coordinate annual holiday parties and other employee events, promoting teamwork and quality service.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination with other departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR designation (PHR, SPHR, or other) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $85,000 annually.
