Job Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Role:
At Courseadvisor, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating human resources activities and staff of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.
• Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
• Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Study legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
• Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs.

Requirements:
• Strong management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and direct people as they work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and speak effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
