Business Development Representative

Williams Comfort Air/Mr. Plumber Indiana is a leading HVAC and Plumbing company in the Midwest, seeking a motivated and sales-driven individual to join our field team as a Business Development Representative.
The RoleAs a Business Development Representative, you will work in the field at our partner retail locations, engaging with customers face-to-face and generating interest in scheduling service appointments for residential water treatment services.
Responsibilities- Greet customers and encourage them to learn about our products and services
- Walk throughout the stores, engaging customers in conversations about their home service needs
- Explain features and benefits of our products and services while soliciting information from customers on their individual needs
- Schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants to visit customers' homes to provide estimates for products and services
- Build rapport and relationships with the store's leadership team
- Attend required monthly meetings and trainings
- Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
- Prior experience working in retail is highly desired but not required
- Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
- A+ communication and customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have the ability to use a smartphone utilizing email and text
