We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, build strong relationships with clients, and lead a small team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and expand our existing client base
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sector
  • Supervise and mentor team members to ensure exceptional performance and growth
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and analyze daily field activity and team performance
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and function well in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales or customer service experience with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Desire to be active in the community and knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. required, with a clean background and own transportation
