Sales Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily sales process, ensuring adherence to company policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on compliance matters, ensuring procedures are properly executed.
  • Track and assess sales activities using various tools to confirm alignment with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Work with Senior Relationship Officers to address sales issues, escalating matters to higher management when necessary.
  • Support Advisors by ensuring they have the resources needed to effectively perform their roles.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Work with compliance and legal teams to address risk management initiatives.
  • Foster relationships with clients, internal departments, and stakeholders to streamline the sales function.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory and audit concerns that influence both short- and long-term strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Series 7 and Series 24 certifications are mandatory.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft software and platforms.
