Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Client Solution Architect to join our Acceptance Solutions Professional Services team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and innovation for merchants and partners through a comprehensive suite of consulting and technology services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops to assess client requirements, gather insights, and design tailored solutions that align with Visa's strategic objectives.
- Analyze current architectural frameworks and develop future state visions, ensuring solutions are feasible and meet client expectations.
- Act as a technical advocate for clients, balancing their needs with internal priorities to manage expectations effectively.
- Provide thought leadership on payment and commerce trends, developing a vision for solutions that can be applied across various client scenarios.
- Collaborate with product teams to ideate and execute new solutions, transforming concepts into prototypes and technical documentation.
- Produce comprehensive solution documents detailing functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage all technical deliverables, ensuring successful solution launches and client satisfaction.
- Engage with various stakeholders to scope solutions and create business cases for new developments.
- Support testing phases to ensure all solutions meet quality standards and defined requirements.
- Maintain expertise in Visa's product offerings and stay updated on emerging payment technologies and market trends.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
- Experience in payments and financial services consulting.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, eCommerce, and related technologies.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
