About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to join our team at Tribal INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our hotel's front office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and accommodating.
  • Lead and motivate a team of front office staff, providing coaching and training to ensure they meet hotel standards.
  • Monitor and analyze room revenue and occupancy, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and improve efficiency.
  • Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping and engineering, to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel standards and policies, including safety and security protocols.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • At least four years of progressive front office operations experience, with two years in a managerial role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements

The successful candidate will be able to spend 90% of their working time standing, walking, and reaching. They will also be required to push, pull, and lift objects from a lower to higher position, and maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling.
