Clinical Patient Service Representative Job Summary

The Clinical Patient Service Representative will provide exceptional patient care and support to our medical clinics. This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure provider schedules are accurately populated and updated
  • Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Collect and verify patient registration information
  • Assist medical providers with patient preparation and examination
  • Perform routine tests and complete paperwork as assigned
  • Collaborate with the front office team to ensure efficient patient flow
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant front desk experience in a healthcare setting
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire
