YOUR ROLE

  • Engage with customers in their residences to assess and determine the appropriate products for their needs.
  • Utilize provided tools, training, and sales techniques to build rapport with clients and present our replacement services.
  • Leverage industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to facilitate successful sales closures.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer service experience from initiation to completion.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years in-home or external sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in closing sales.
  • Strong emphasis on surpassing customer expectations.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Possession of a college degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • This role transitions to a 100% commission structure following the training period.

TRAINING COMPENSATION

  • This position operates on a FULL COMMISSION basis after an 8-week training period, during which you will receive a salary. Your weekly salary will increase incrementally every two weeks. For the first two weeks, compensation will be $500.00 per week, followed by $600.00 for weeks three and four, and $800.00 for weeks seven and eight.
  • Upon completion of the training period, you will transition to a compensation plan that is entirely COMMISSION ONLY, providing you with the opportunity to maximize your earnings without limits.
