As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional service and promoting AAA products and services to our members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Sales Strategies: Upsell and cross-sell AAA offerings such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
- Travel Support: Assist members in planning their domestic travel, including car rentals, accommodations, vacation packages, and more.
- Customer Assistance: Handle overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak times to ensure timely service.
- Sales Background: A minimum of six months of sales and customer service experience is required.
- Communication Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer skills for multitasking in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Geographical Awareness: Basic knowledge of geography is beneficial.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Background Verification: Successful completion of pre-employment and post-employment screenings is necessary.
