The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships between our technology teams and biopharma customers, identifying and increasing opportunities for future expansion and collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and relationship-building efforts.
  • Internal Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, build teams from across the company to solve novel, challenging problems for customers, and provide feedback and guidance to internal teams to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Opportunity Identification and Growth: Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and objectives, identifying opportunities for expanded partnerships and additional services, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic plans for account growth and retention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or customer success roles, preferably within the technology or biopharma sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering high-quality project outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
