We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Clinic Receptionist to join our team at CHI St. Gabriel's Health in Little Falls, Minnesota. As a Clinic Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform front office processes associated with patient check-in, check-out, scheduling, referrals, and electronic medical records.
- Administer and support the clinic's billing and insurance functions in accordance with internal standards and procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Instill a favorable first impression and gain the confidence of patients during the scheduling/registration process.
- Assist with other business-related functions as needed, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and interviewing patients or their responsible party to obtain necessary information.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of related experience in a healthcare environment.
