Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Intake Specialist to join our team at Matern Law Group, PC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client intakes, declarations, and follow-up processes. Your excellent communication and writing skills, combined with your proficiency in MSWord, Outlook, and Excel, will enable you to effectively analyze and prioritize tasks and projects.

In this role, you will be working closely with attorneys and investigators to track and update client contact information, manage e-case files and documents, and maintain confidentiality of attorney-client relationships. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client intakes and declarations, including tracking and updating client contact information
  • Work closely with attorneys and investigators to follow up on leads and manage client relationships
  • Organize and maintain e-case files and documents, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve quarterly OKRs and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Proficiency in MSWord, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
