Litigation Client Intake Coordinator

We are a dynamic law firm specializing in Family Law, Business Litigation, and Consumer Protection, poised for significant growth. We are seeking a skilled litigation intake coordinator/receptionist to enhance our operations and provide exceptional support to our clients.
Our goal is to ensure that clients emerge from emotionally taxing situations feeling empowered and supported, knowing they had a dedicated team advocating for their interests. As we expand, we require a Litigation Intake Coordinator/Receptionist who can seamlessly integrate into our fast-paced environment.

We are committed to fostering growth and development. The ideal candidate will have experience in inbound sales and demonstrate the ability to take initiative and work independently.
This position is full-time, requiring in-office presence for 40 hours per week. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, with potential for increases and bonuses based on performance.
Compensation:$23 - $27 per hour
Key Responsibilities:- Organize documentation and perform data entry in our case management system to facilitate new client onboarding and maintain current client records.
- Evaluate incoming client inquiries to determine case eligibility while ensuring callers feel valued and understood.
- Contribute to client acquisition strategies by collaborating with the marketing team on outreach initiatives.
- Schedule appointments for prospective clients that align with our criteria to optimize attorney schedules and enhance our caseload.
- Assist with various clerical duties, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email correspondence to promote operational efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on empathy.
- Experience with CRM and case management software is advantageous.
- Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred.
- Legal experience is highly regarded.
- Strong data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer proficiency.
