As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the intake process, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and providing exceptional support to our attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, including paperwork and data entry in our case management system.
  • Screen incoming potential client calls to assess the scope of the firm's services and provide empathetic support to callers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop initiatives that foster prospective client streams and grow our caseload.
  • Coordinate appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria, ensuring our attorneys' schedules are organized and efficient.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing, to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically.
  • Experience with CRM and case management software, as well as strong data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience, with a strong ability to think critically and solve problems.
  • Previous legal experience is highly valued, but not required.
