We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Direct Sales team in Los Angeles, California. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new accounts or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory or product line.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to capitalize on current and future market trends or achieve operational efficiencies
- Work closely with senior management on a wide range of critical issues
- Identify product strategies for Dell's approach to various customers and industries
- Conduct competitor assessments and evolution of profit pools
- Experience selling technology solutions
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
- Good communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management
- 0-2 years of outside sales experience
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $133,450 - $172,700 (includes base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split). We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
