Nowcom is a leading provider of dealer management solutions, catering to the independent automobile dealer's needs. Our all-in-one dealer management software, DealerCenter, gives dealers total control over their sales, inventory, insurance offerings, and financing through a web-based platform. As an authorized credit reseller, we provide dealerships access to all three major credit bureaus.
Job SummaryThe Account Executive will be responsible for all new accounts and execute on focused sales strategies that engage the customer and sustain ongoing usage. This inside sales role requires excellent communication skills to present a pleasant experience for the customer over the phone and email.
Responsibilities- Prospect, call, and sell CarZing products to dealerships
- Maintain relationships with active accounts to provide premium support and account retention quotes
- Facilitate customer feedback to management to provide insight and continuous improvement of the product
- Act as a consultant when providing various solutions including products from strategic partners
- Work out of a CRM to manage the portfolio and discover opportunities for sales
- Maintain a well-organized work queue in CRM that guides you through a successful day
- 3+ years of high-volume sales experience
- Spanish Speaking
- The primary focus of this role is to maximize subscription revenue through selling new subscriptions while maintaining efficient and detailed dealer account management for all active accounts

- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- Experience with direct B2B phone sales of software or technology solutions
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated employment stability
- Advanced proficiency in CRM, Salesforce, and Excel
- Base pay, commission, and additional monthly incentives
