Semiconductor Sales Executive

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on technical sales and a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential semiconductor clients to promote our engineering services.
- Provide in-depth technical knowledge and consultative selling skills to present customized service solutions that meet clients' specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer success.
- Lead and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and dedication.
- Monitor sales performance, forecast sales activity, and report on progress to senior management.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the semiconductor market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at traditional semiconductor companies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of validated sales experience in the semiconductor industry, with a consistent track record of selling services to semiconductor companies.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor technologies, market dynamics, and key players in the industry.
- Ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to both technical and non-technical customers.
- Validated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
- Established network of contacts within the semiconductor industry.
- Proven experience in crafting and closing deals, with a focus on semiconductor sales.
