About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to join our client's growing team at Evinex. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions to large hospital healthcare systems, with a proven track record of engaging with Chief Medical Officers (CMOs) and Chief Information Officers (CIOs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities: Identify key decision-makers within large hospital healthcare systems, specifically focusing on CMOs and CIOs, and develop strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service, regular follow-ups, and consistent communication, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and initial contact to closing deals and coordinating a seamless transition to the implementation team for successful software deployment.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful implementation and adoption of software solutions.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Expertise in MEDDIC Sales Methodology: Expertise in the MEDDIC sales methodology (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision criteria, Decision process, Identify pain, and Champion), with a proven ability to apply these principles to drive successful sales outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software: Proficiency with CRM software and sales enablement tools, including experience in utilizing these platforms to manage leads, track sales activities, and optimize the sales process.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to assess complex situations, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions that address client needs and business objectives.
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with senior-level decision-makers and the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Enterprise Software Sales: Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, specifically targeting large hospital healthcare systems.
  • Proven Success in Selling to CMOs and CIOs: Proven success in selling to CMOs and CIOs, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its challenges.
