POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Vice President of Production & Operations will collaborate closely with the President of US Concerts to manage production initiatives across the US Concerts division and support business growth strategies. A primary focus will be to provide centralized assistance to regional leadership and production teams. Responsibilities include assessing and managing resources such as staffing requirements, training programs, and recruitment efforts. Additionally, the role involves evaluating vendor agreements for efficiency and negotiating Master Service Agreements while serving as a liaison between the Talent team and third-party venues.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 12 years of prior management experience within an entertainment venue
  • A minimum of 10 years in Tour and Stage Production
  • Proficiency in stage lighting, professional audio systems, and basic video technology
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to make clear and concise decisions, often with limited information
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Strong, proactive work ethic with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and advanced organizational capabilities
  • A positive attitude with a commitment to excellence and teamwork; able to work seamlessly with leaders across various functional areas globally
