Position: Construction Project Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated Construction Project Coordinator to make a significant impact as you guide our clients through the restoration journey of their properties. In this role, you will contribute daily to our mission of transforming fire and water damage into a seamless recovery experience.

We seek an individual who excels in communication, possesses strong analytical abilities, is detail-oriented, and can effectively manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with estimating software, particularly Xactimate, is highly desirable. The Coordinator will act as a crucial link between clients and the project team, ensuring that project specifications and requirements are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate initial repair and rebuild estimates utilizing Xactimate
  • Maintain communication to ensure client needs are addressed
  • Coordinate daily job files among the Project Manager, subcontractors, and clients
  • Update and finalize job file documentation
  • Prepare and obtain customer approval for change orders
  • Follow up on the collection of draws and change orders
  • Manage the Lien process as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project administration
  • Proficient in writing estimates; knowledge of Xactimate is a plus
  • Experience in a service-oriented environment is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Capable of learning new software, including Xactimate and proprietary systems
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Must successfully complete a background check in accordance with applicable laws
Work Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime as needed
  • Work hours may vary between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Benefits:
  • Health and Vision Insurance available after 60 days - 100% of employee-only premium covered
  • 3 Personal Time Off Days after 60 days
  • 6 paid holidays annually after 60 days
  • 1 week of vacation after 1 year of service
  • 2 weeks of vacation after 2 years of service
